Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, we may cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Products from the Makeup collection
  • Products from the Red Light Therapy collection
  • Opened or used personal care products (including haircare and beauty products)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetic, beauty, or haircare products.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

This right does not apply to products excluded from returns for hygiene reasons, including opened cosmetic products, Makeup collection products, and Red Light Therapy collection products.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sevich Collections reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
